Chapter One
Three sovereign city-states. Three distinct jurisdictions. One unified system of control over every human on Earth.
Domain of the Soul
The oldest of the three kingdoms. Through papal law and the doctrine of Unam Sanctam, the Vatican established its claim over every soul on Earth. All earthly authority flows from this singular claim.
Domain of Commerce
A sovereign square mile within London — not subject to the Crown, Parliament, or the city of London itself. The financial heart of the system. Every birth certificate bond is traded here. Every nation-state debt is managed through its banks.
Domain of the Body
A federal district ceded from Maryland and Virginia — not a US state, not subject to the Constitution in the same way. The military enforcement arm. Through military jurisdiction and admiralty law, it controls the physical body.
The architecture
Each kingdom claims sovereignty over a different dimension of the human being. The Vatican over the soul — the immortal, spiritual aspect. The City of London over commerce and the legal fiction of your estate — the economic aspect. Washington D.C. over the physical body through military jurisdiction and admiralty law.
None of these three city-states is subject to the laws of the country in which it sits. Each operates under its own governance, its own legal code, and its own chain of authority — which ultimately traces back to Rome.
Santos Bonacci demonstrates this architecture in detail, showing how every government on Earth is a subsidiary corporation of the Holy See, and how every citizen is a subject within this three-layered control structure — whether or not they know it.
