Established as a sovereign state by the Lateran Treaty in 1929, Vatican City is the smallest sovereign state on Earth — yet it holds legal title to every human soul through the Papal Bull Unam Sanctam of 1302. City of London

The City of London (also called "The Square Mile") is a 1.12 square mile independent city-state within London. It has its own police force, its own mayor (the Lord Mayor), and its own courts. It is not part of Greater London, England, or the United Kingdom. It is a sovereign financial entity that has operated this way since 1694.

The Bank of England, founded in 1694, is headquartered in the City and acts as the world's original central bank. The City controls the global financial system through institutions like Lloyd's of London, the London Stock Exchange, and the network of central banks that link to its system. Your national debt flows through the City.

The City of London sends its own delegation to Parliament, called the "Remembrancer" — a permanent lobbyist with special privileges not granted to any other entity on Earth.

Military Authority

Washington D.C.

Washington D.C. is not a state. It is a federal district established by the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871, which converted the United States into "THE UNITED STATES" — a corporation registered in the City of London. Its citizens are not constitutionally protected in the same way as state citizens — they are subject to federal statute.

The U.S. military operates as the enforcement arm of the three-city system. When the financial system demands compliance, and spiritual authority claims it, the military enforces it. NATO, AFRICOM, CENTCOM — all ultimately serve the economic interests of the financial city and the spiritual authority of the Vatican.

The Act of 1871 created a separate corporate government for Washington D.C. — distinct from the constitutional republic — which operates under corporate maritime law rather than common law.
